The Escapists

A letter from a concerned teacher.

There is this group of children. Rather shy ones. They have a club. I can name numerous other groups of diverse subjects, however, this one appeared peculiar.

The Escapists.

A society that lives up to its name. It’s a cluster of young literates who dream to leave our environment. Their ethnicities range from the cities bar – filled corners of Ireland to the murky areas of Bangladesh. Bu their aim is but one.

They believe our world is vile. Tenacious. Unspeakably corrupted. They despise our government, as well as the people. They are rebels leading a step towards a better future. They’re leaders who want to create a utopia.

In their perspective, of course.

They follow Marxism, immersing themselves deeply in communist beliefs. They vow to revive a fallen government from the scriptures. They read an impressive number of books per day, whilst on tough subjects for their age. Government structures, justice, law & order, and the gritty effects of war on a country. The following is not remarkable to me, considering their introverted actions. That explains their constant pauses in thinking and dislike of public orations.

They have thought-provoking beliefs about how a country should be controlled.

What is “power of the people” specifically mean?

Is one having all the power equivalent to it being split up?

Can Marxism cleanly define political rule?

Is good truly different than evil, or do ethics separate it for us?

If you ever meet them, relinquish a few moments to realize that you’re talking to a communist in the making behind the mask.

I appreciate your time for me and I wish you luck.
